Frosted Salad

Ingredients

2 packages of lemon jello

2 cups boiling water

2 cups 7-up

1 12-ounce can pineapple (drained but save the juice)

2 large bananas, cut up

2 cups small marshmallows

Topping

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup cool whip or 1 package dream whip

Directions

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add the 7-up. Chill until partially set.

Mix the pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows.

Fold into the Jell-O and pour into a pan.

Chill overnight.

Cook the sugar, egg, juice, and flour until it thickens. Add the butter and cool. Fold in the cool whip.

Place frosting on Jell-O after it has completely set.
